Best for
- Longer stays in Batumi
- Families needing multiple bedrooms
- Self-catering travellers
- Drivers wanting free parking
Less suited to
- Travellers who want hotel-style room service
- Anyone after a resort setting
Apartments, not rooms
The property runs on apartments, not standard rooms. The two layouts are 60 m² and 85 m², each with separate bedrooms, a living area with sofa and dining table, a private bathroom and a balcony facing the city. Soundproofing is built in.
A kitchen that works
Every apartment has a private kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle and kitchenware, plus a washing machine and drying rack. That setup suits stays of a week or more, or anyone who'd rather cook than eat out.
Balcony and city view
Each apartment opens onto a balcony with a view over Batumi. It's a city property, so the outlook is rooftops and streets rather than water. Air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with cable channels are standard in both layouts.
Gym and free parking
There's a fitness center on site, which is unusual for an apartment-style stay. Free private parking is available too, though it needs a reservation. The front desk is staffed around the clock.
